I have more than thirty years experience in journalism, copy writing and translating (French into English). Along my current clients are authors of plays and movie screenplays, artists, news media, cookery books, authors of historical works, the textile industry, auto industry, managers of Europen projects, tourism organisations and sport media.
Your text will be grammatically correct with accurate punctuation. I like translating literary and poetic texts although this type of work is likely to involve more time needed for thought and consideration of the copy.
Cost
Generally the rate is 0,12 Euro cents per word although a slightly higher fee will be charged (0,15 cents p.w.) if it is to a very short deadline. For large documents such as lengthy reports and books I will be happy to negotiate a discounted all-in fee which will include final proof-reading and corrections.
